Pendleton Cowgirl Whiskey Fudge

  • 1 -14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 20 0z semi-sweet chocolate chips ( thats 1 and 3/4 of a 12 ounce bag)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Pendleton Whiskey – no worries, the alcohol cooks out  – you can use Jack Daniels if you like
  • Prep an 8×8 pan with parchment paper
  • In a sauce pan, add the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips and melt the chips on med-lo
  • Stir constantly
  • Add the vanilla to the whiskey and stir until very smooth
  • Pour the fudge into the pan and smooth out the top woth a rubber spatula
  • Allow to cool . . .if you can! . . . for 30 minutes or more
  • Cut into bite-size pieces
